Product Features

YSD's long necked plush toy’s main body is made of ultra-soft short plush, with an internal aluminum wire skeleton around the neck, wrapped in 3mm high-density sponge, allowing it to maintain its angle after folding and bending. It weighs around 400 grams, making it easy for an adult to lift with one hand. YSD the toy’s neck length accounts for more than 55% of the overall height, and it can withstand 5000 bending durability tests without cracking.  

Comparison with Similar Products

Compared to two mainstream Long necked plush toys on the market. The first type is purely stuffed, with the neck shaped by piling up PP cotton. It's low-cost,but it can't bend and bulges when folded. YSD's version, with its aluminum wire frame, allows the neck to perform actions such as wrapping, bending, and peeking out. The factory price is about one-third the price of the former.

Customization Process and Craftsmanship

The customer first provides three-view drawings or a photo of the actual product.YSD's pattern makers then dissect the curvature of the neck-as the curvature of the aluminum wire skeleton directly determines the range of motion for the plush toy's protruding head and tilting its head.

We currently offers 32 short-pile plush colors and 18 long-pile colors, with pile lengths between 20 and 45 mm available for any length. Two types of filling are offered: a basic PP cotton version with weaker support, and a premium memory foam version with slower rebound but more stable shaping.

After the sample is produced, the customer needs to confirm the neck tightness. YSD typically recommends leaving 1.5 cm of flexibility; too tight and it won't bend, too loose and it won't stand upright.
